In 2009 the old Pelmark completely restructured in a major cost reduction program. At the same time, we developed and grew our trading company in Shanghai, opened a distribution office in Hong Kong, and developed fully vertical production operation in Dhaka.

All this was to focus on the key areas below:

• Recognising a push for lower costs and faster delivery.
  
• Competitive edge is now at the forefront of all we do.
• We have re-positioned ourselves to be the first choice for clothing and textiles to the procurement trade sector.
• Hence the name change, as we now see ourselves as an offshore supplier, with sales and administration in the UK.
